Hola dear Divine one,
today i am humbled and honored to share with you a movement practice intentional around creating connection and spaciousness for your body, your breath, your needs, your now.
I hope this practice finds you exactly as you are with so much love, support, and return to joy. I hope you take up space as you are and give yourself the support you are so worthy of and need. I hope you move in a way that fosters care and cultivates connection to the feelings, sensations, and wisdom alive within you. and most importantly, i hope you remember it is not about what you can do with you body, its about how you can be in your body, and may you be you.
in this practice, i begin seated on the floor and gently take us up to our feet. At any time, you can choose to remain seated, standing, reclined, as well as any other shape you need and bring in whatever supports your - a wall, a chair, a blanket, a block, etc.
Sometimes, it’s just nice to be in a space together moving, feeling, and breathing. And regardless of when and where this video finds you, i truly believe in connectivity and i hope this offers you the reminder you are not alone and i thank you so much for sharing that with me.
So please, take up space, let your body breathe, and bring compassion and awareness to all it is your are needing. that is our practice. that is the intention. you are already enough and are all that you need.
