Thank you for being here — truly. Whether you joined me live or are arriving in your own time, I’m grateful for your presence and your heart.
This session was created as a soft landing — a space to come home to yourself, your breath, and your inner knowing. Together, we explored the tender terrain of the heart through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. These practices aren’t meant to fix or force, but to invite spaciousness, curiosity, and connection — to yourself and to the collective.
I shared some reflections from my own life, including the real and raw parts — the grief, the love, the questions — because they shape the way I move, breathe, and hold space. My hope is always that by tending to our own hearts, we make more room for each other’s. That we soften the edges that disconnect us. That we remember: the breath is a teacher. The heart is a compass.
We practiced pranayama (breath practices) as a way to regulate, to listen, and to be with whatever is present. These tools can meet you in the chaos and the stillness — when you're anxious, overwhelmed, or simply longing to feel more rooted in your body.
I ended with a simple but potent reminder: be good to yourself. Keep practicing. Keep listening. Let your heart guide you, even — and especially — when it feels tender or uncertain.
For those local to Midland, we’ll gather again at the Hive this Saturday. Please note our start time has shifted — we’ll begin at 9 AM.
I hope this video brings you ease, insight, or even just a breath of fresh air. May you feel supported, seen, and held as you continue to tend to your own beautiful heart.
With love,
Keri
