Hello dear reader,
Today, I am feeling the guidance of gratitude in my heart—to share with you two prayers that have been monumental for me as I keep breathing through another day. With all its gravity, with all its grief, these prayers came through me—gifts from something greater, flowing into my heart and hands to ground me, grace me, and guide me. Closer to myself, closer to each other.
As always, take what you need, leave what you don’t. My hope is that these words support you and continue to create and catalyze connection.
Thank you, Lord.
Thank you, land.
Thank you heels
hearts and hands.
Thank you,
everyone and everything
that went into this abundance.
✨ ✨ ✨
Please, Dear Divine,
continue to allow me to connect—
with all the roots,
all the radiance,
all the resilience You,
our planet, our people,
and this pursuit of peace
have to offer.
With great humility and honor—
and so it is,
and so it will be.
∞
✨ ✨ ✨
Thank you.
Yes, you.
Thank you for being here, exactly as you are.
Thank you for every breath you’ve cultivated,
for the endurance, the effort,
for making it through another minute, another moment, another day.
Thank you for keeping your mind open,
curious, considering—
maybe, just maybe,
there is another way.
Thank you for allowing your heart to rise,
to lift and live into the rhythm of your own resonance,
even when it hurt and hurts,
even when you didn’t believe it was possible
for that chest of yours to keep carrying
the weight, the woe, the ways
this world can so brutally break us
into a million bajillion pieces.
Thank you for stretching beyond the norms
we were conditioned to believe.
For challenging yourself in ways
that maybe no one else sees—
but you do.
And you keep going.
Thank you for being here.
In these words, in this world,
right here, right now.
May you know how loved you are.
May you know how grateful I am.
May you know this is not an accident.
Build it, and they will come.
What I am choosing to construct,
day after day,
is a portal, a place, a remembering—
where we know we are here, together.
Where we are not just wishing for our own wellness,
but a world where wellness is all we know.
Where we sow it, grow it, grace it—
in every space, in every second of each day.
I am calling in those who know.
Those who trust.
Those who feel it is an absolute must
to let the old conditioning collapse,
to let the patterns that kept us bound
finally whisper and shout,
no more, no more, no more.
Let it crumble.
And let us ensure no one gets lost
in the wreckage or the rubble.
I will extend my hand.
I will extend my heart.
I will do all within my means and might
to be a refuge.
And dear one—you will too.
Because you already are.
We gotta keep each other strong.
We gotta stay saturated in the knowing
that this is brave.
That this is the battle.
That this is the beat we can tune to.
And yet, we know—
this should not be a battle.
Advocating for love, for liberation,
for decency, dignity, belonging, and beauty
should not have to be something we fight for.
It should be the default.
Yet here we are.
A world where the basic needs of our fellow beings
are being weaponized against them.
Where 1% of the population
is creating policies
that police our bodies,
our planet,
our potential.
It has got to stop.
I will not accept this.
And as my nervous system
does all it can to tolerate,
to survive,
to make it through another gut punch,
another heartbreak,
I can feel my spirit softly whisper:
Use it.
Stay focused on what is possible.
On what is needed.
On what we are worthy of.
This will forever be my northern star.
My internal compass.
My fuel
when all I feel is fatigue.
Our spirits are powerful.
And so are these bodies
that get to house them.
So—
Can we thank this Divine discomfort?
Can we thank the rapids of rage flowing through us?
Can we trust this knowing beyond any outside opinion?
Because this is about connection.
This is about love.
Every moment presents us with a path:
The path of union, of recognition, of care.
Or the path of hierarchy, greed, and division—
the lie that some are more worthy than others.
There is no neutral.
There is no exemption.
Everything we choose—
on the micro and macro level—
touches everything.
So—
What are we going to do with all this awareness?
What are we going to do with all this love?
My hope?
That we stay connected.
To who we are.
To who we were born to be—
even if that is still unclear.
(It’s there. It’s alive.
Its potential is already waiting.)
That we stay connected to this planet.
To all the life around us,
fighting to be free.
That we stay connected
to the God of our understanding.
To Source itself.
And follow Its Divine lead.
That we stay connected to each other.
Seizing every opportunity to see—
even with eyes closed,
the preciousness,
the possibilities,
the power,
right here with us.
So thank you.
Again and again.
For seeing me,
even if we are miles and lifetimes apart.
For recognizing there is great work to do.
And that all of it—all of it—
stems, roots, and rises
from love.
For existing.
For taking up space.
For trusting that there is great purpose
to all of this pain.
Not to perpetuate the intolerable,
but to transform.
To transcend.
To uplift us all
into the paradise of peace
my soul and body so deeply long to know.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I love you.
And even under this gravity,
even under this grief—
I am so thankful we are here.
Together.
