we are the seeds, we are the soil
a love letter from my heart, hope, and hurting to yours for this new month of May
There’s a truth I’ve been holding close lately—one that came through like a whisper and landed like a deep remembering:
You are the seed. And you are the soil.
You are the dream and the one who nurtures it. The one becoming and the one making the becoming possible.
What a holy paradox. What a wild grace.
And in a world that is constantly aching—where suffering is everywhere and the heart can feel stretched so thin—it can feel hard to believe that rest is not only allowed, but required. That stillness is not a luxury, but a vital part of the healing.
You are not meant to carry it all.
But you are meant to care.
There’s so much beauty in that. And also, so much weight.
To care deeply in a hurting world is to be brave,
but also to be discerning.
We need rest.
We need stillness.
We need space to just be.
For it is not inaction, yet the space where we prepare for what’s next and can still be.
To soften.
To let the breath deepen.
To let the quiet hold us like the arms of the Divine. What a gift, what a remembering, what a way to reclaim how it all can be.
And what an honor, what a privilege, what a blessing it is to receive that.
May we not push it away.
May we not resist the very nourishment we dream of for others, may we not resist the very nourishment we all so desperately deserve and need.
We are the ones who are here to uplift the vibration.
To remember what it means to live aligned with care and courage.
To return to what is true: I am worthy of this, and so is everyone else.
You don’t need to bypass the pain to believe in goodness.
You can weep and still be wise.
You can rage and still be radiant.
You can be unsure and still be deeply, divinely aligned.
Let joy be a balm, not a betrayal.
Let love lead, even when it trembles.
You are not here to fix it all.
You are here to be a flame in the dark.
So if life is calling you into pause—into root-down rest and sacred integration—let it.
Let your body receive it.
Let your soul be softened by it.
Let the Divine whisper to you in silence.
May you feel the sacred pause in your bones—
The kind that says: it is okay to rest here.
Let the breath deepen. Let the world soften.
Let the quiet hold you like the arms of the Divine.
May you know that you are the dream and the dreamer,
The seed of something holy, and the soil that nurtures it.
Nothing is missing. Nothing is wrong.
You are exactly where the light can reach you.
May your courage rise not in the rush, but in the rootedness.
May your vision be blessed with clarity, your steps with grace.
And when the fire calls—when destiny spins its wheel—
May you leap with a heart full of devotion
And feet grounded in truth.
You are not alone.
You are not behind.
You are becoming, and you are blessed.
And everything you touch with love
becomes part of the healing of this world.
So let love lead,
even when it trembles.
Let your heart stay open,
even when it aches.
And know, now and always:
You are held.
You are holy.
You are home.
And so it is.
