a little Friday free flow from my heart, hurt, and healing to you
Presence… I promise you, it is always more than enough
To be right where we are, with all who are right there with us.
To greet the ground, as well as one another’s eyes,
To see—and to see that we are still here, still continuing, still together.
Even if it doesn’t seem so still, or steady, or clear.
We have that ability. We have that allowing.
To meet the moment and each other,
Choosing to be and to be right here.
Don’t for a moment doubt or diminish
What only your presence and life brings.
May we always find our way back to our body and breath,
And always cherish just how precious
This presence, our presence, absolutely is and can be.
I know in my heart and spirit there is so much I wish and will change,
In the direction of better, right now.
And I also feel the only way I can get there
Is by being here, present and aware, heart open, mind wide,
Witnessing the wonder right here in front of me,
And knowing with absolute certainty:
We each are the way through.
